When a loved on passes on, in most cases a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration must be obtained before their Estate can be distributed. Durand Gangemi can manage deceased estates on behalf of an executor or administrator from the application for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration until the Estate is completely finalised. Durand Gangemi can provide advice on your obligations as a tenant or a landlord under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987. We also provide advice and draft the necessary documents should you wish to take a Residential Tenancies Act matter to Court.
